Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Please make sure you have read and understood this policy before ordering from Advance Balance. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping

  • We currently deliver within the UK only.

  • Standard delivery costs £5.99.

  • Orders over £150 qualify for free UK delivery.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.

  • Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, you will need to pay the delivery charge again for redelivery.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your order, but if you are not:

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving them.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at Liz@advancebalance.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
